Unmount of all volumes on disk2 was successful
- create the disk
➜ sudo dd if=linuxmint-18.1-xfce-64bit.iso of=/dev/disk2 bs=1m
### Monitoring progress of dd on MacOSX
CTRL + T
Sends SIGINFO to the process. This is a BSD feature OS X inherited.
You must have the terminal window executing dd selected when entering CTRL + T for this to work.
