Acceptance Criteria

  1. Ensure that the relay-service uses the startup-lib for consuming messages
  2. Move comms with RabbitMQ, REST to startup-lib
  3. APM integrated into relay-service
  4. Logging - create deployment.yaml that includes sidecar deployment
  5. DevOps - service.yaml
  6. Environment variable validation - change in coe-lib
  7. Refactor tests
