cmt2300A RSSI & Frequency should be added to MQTT

Hello,

I've some issues with unstable connection with HMS. For that reason I like to have RSSI (cmt2300A - for WIFI it does exist already) and frequency available in MQTT structure.

In console I notices significant differences between -53 to -81 dBm. I like to get some statistics for different time and frequency's.

I do not require send power, but this is also missing in MQTT.
