TL;TR
Upgrade your firmware to a current version!
Background
With the commit d2feac7 on 12. October 2022 I changed the config format from a binary blob to JSON. Currently, when you upgrade from a version before 12. October to a current version, your settings will be upgraded to the new format and nothing gets lost. But it will be very difficult to maintain two config parsing methods in future to keep this compatibility with very old versions.
Therefore I will remove the old config parsing method somewhen after 15. November 2022.
What happens if you don't upgrade till this date?
With one of the next updates after 15. November you will loose your settings and have to insert your WiFi/MQTT and inverter settings again.
How do I determine the build of my firmware?
Navigate to Info --> System and klick on the GitHash value. The date of the first commit in the list is the relevant one
