What's the deal with module namespace exotic objects and Module Namespace Object? #1857

While working on #1460, I noticed the following. What does the Module Namespace Object subsection in the Reflection section do? Seems confusing to not have it folded into the main module namespace section.

It's in the reflection section because it reflects the exported bindings from the module it represents.
