Unknown 140 events in Activity Files

I was able to get some useful information on the Garmin Developer forum for the unknown 140 events.

I hope that this is useful. Even more useful would be for Garmin to fully document their file format.

I haven't added any of the newly parsed fields to the DB yet. Let me know if you have thoughts on how you will use it.

The above Garmin forum also said that "global message id 3, field 24, offset +1900 = year of birth"
