Plotting data

Thank you for sharering great software.
I have got data from my garmin device, but the database structure is a little complex for me and I have a difficutty to get time series data of culmulative steps.
I want to get beautiful plot like this:

could you provide information about from which I get time series data of culmulative steps.
it is also very helpful if you share a code for outputing the plot.
