Pick 2 cards selection order #10

The game currently supports picking multiple cars but it's not the best interface. What would be nice is for the selection order to be shown such as "1st pick", "2nd pick".

It would also be helpful if a message was shown when trying to select the number of picks + 1 (e.g. 3rd card) that they need to deselect a card first.
