Allow an operator to filter out failed txs (in particular swaps).

@tiero Should we use TradeStatus to display and filter trades status?
If so I think we would need to split the filter panel in 3 sections for each tx type (swap, deposit, withdraw), since TradeStatus is specific to trades.

Should we just show the filter ONLY when Swap is selected? if other we just hide it
