Compiling from source on windows arm64 is proving difficult to to many dependencies like graphite2. Are there plans for providing binaries for this?

I'm not aware of any plans exactly, but I'd be in favor of adding windows arm builds to CI if possible. I'm not sure how complicated such an undertaking would be - if anyone is more familiar help would be appreciated.

Tectonic uses Azure CI, which unfortunately does not provide an equivalent ARM hosted option currently. Most likely it would require expanding our current cross runners, but all those are Linux, so it likely would require adding a new option for cross on a Windows runner, and plumbing that through everything.
