This would include for example

File outlining how to write issues and pull requests.
- This file should also be part of the documentation repository (Add a "Contributing" page documentation#25). Also see further comments there.
Issue template
Pull request template, including
- Describe changes
- Include screenshots for visual changes
- Create a separate pull request to update the documentation, if adding commands, settings etc.
