Suggest custom public naming option #29

When scanning a public stockpile, give an option for the user to input a custom name before it gets saved, instead of defaulting to public.

Maybe use a different hotkey for this option?

Is the purpose here so you could scan your regiment's BB and then save the contents, or something similar?
