Since cluster task has been deprecated and removed so we need to remove the cluster task command support from cli

As far as I know ClusterTask is still supported. It's deprecated, but hasn't been removed yet.

It's still listed in the deprecation table at https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/blob/main/docs/deprecations.md#deprecation-table and there's still code related to it in tektoncd/pipeline.

It has been deprecated for over 2 years so it makes sense to remove the remaining support, especially now that we have cluster resolver etc. It should probably be removed before Pipelines v1.0 @vdemeester what do you think?
