Instant view / Data from telegra.ph not updating after making changes to telegra.ph + Video demonstration

Steps to reproduce

Hello and thank you all for your efforts on Telegram :)

Let's go :)

1. Create some telegra.ph website. Add some text. Publish.
2. Open telegra.ph link in Telegram Desktop for windows.
3. Remember what you see in "Instant view"
4. Close the Instant view
5. Make changes to telegrap.ph and publish.
6. Again open telegra.ph through "Instant view" on Telegram Desktop for windows.

On iOS "Instant view" is always up to date.❗❗

I can see the current content of telegra.ph

Actual behaviour

I see on older version of telegra.ph
