建议一些工作流增加原理解释 #8

这些工作流多数都是对一些工具基本命令进行了包装。
希望能在帮助文件那列出具体使用了哪些命令。
否则不知道其原理、不知道用了什么命令参数。
很难把这些工作流真正的用到工程构建中。
譬如说，node npm 的工作流，并不知道里面都执行了具体什么命令。只能看源码才知道执行了npm install
