vscode-envd extension: Views

I propose to add the envd view shown above. We can get all environments in vscode.

Then, you can right-click in build.envd, vscode-envd provides an option to build image from it

And, you can also right-click the environment in the sidecar, to attach, or open the jupyter in the env.
