Get Azure approval to install pgvecto.rs as an extension in PostgreSQL Flexible Server instances running in Azure #624

Microsoft Azure PostgreSQL Flexible server does not allow pgvecto.rs to be installed as an extension because it not on a trusted list of extensions. By comparison pgvector is on the approved list.
