Embedding extractors should support different datatypes #137

Currently, if someone wants to extract an embedding, only text is supported. This should be changed to support other dataformats such as images, video, audio. Reference in the SDK https://github.com/diptanu/indexify/blob/main/indexify_extractor_sdk/base_extractor.py#L54C42-L54C42
