Align device_info fields with customer team's data

@tt-rkim I'm not familiar with the requirements of the device_info field, I thought you were already looking into it with the customer team.

I believe models team is the one with the actual stake in what's generated here. We made the necessary change, but we should align with customer team to ensure we post the same kind of schema.

As I said in the other issue, this is a collaboration between models, customer, and infra, and because models team proposed the original schema, you should own it.
