Basic prototype for library functions

Should be able to read files from /proc/pid/ and deliver results based on a process ID
Should have a basic way to represent data from different kinds of /proc files as objects
Should be able to report on OS status based on /proc files
Should have a consistent file structure with other projects
Should have a basic test suite
Should conform to Object Thinking paradigms
