com.termux.app.RunCommandService Force Close In Android 10

I'm having a problem testing the Example from the Documentation, it crashes the App

MainActivity.java

You obviously haven't granted your app the RUN_COMMAND permission from its app info or manually requesting it. And you should catch exceptions from startService() so app doesn't crash.
