Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.

Yes. We provision VPCs with private subnets that need to be NAT-ed before flowing to another VPC/VPN/TGW.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I am not aware of a way to provision an AWS Private NAT Gateway (where in aws_nat_gateway connectivity_type = "private").

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Obviously doing that outside of the module, however, that means we have to places to manage routes for those subnets.
