TL;DR

Modify maintenance policy with recurrence parameter, like the hashicorp provider permit.
It will be nice to modify the recurrence rule like this. Actually, we don't.

    recurrence = "FREQ=WEEKLY;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR"
