An end-to-end example that creates the following:
- Create a new resource group if one is not passed in.
- Create a new Hyper Protect Crypto Services instance.
- Initialize the Hyper Protect Crypto Service using recovery crypto unit method.
Note: As recovery crypto units are supported only in us-south and us-east region, this example can be used to create and initialize Hyper Protect Crypto Service instance in us-south and us-east region only.
