Managing layers with the same name

When exporting with two different frames, the generated files may have identical names. It is undesirable for the wrong entry to potentially replace an existing one in the table of contents.

When adding a file with the same name as another layer already present in the table of contents (TOC), a number can be appended to the file name within the TOC. This enhancement allows for better distinction of the layers for the user and when replacing an entry with the same name. Replacement should check the full path and not only the name.
