Looks like actix-web is still meandering towards 4.0.

However, I just noticed (not sure why I didn't see it when checking their commits) that they had released a 4.0 beta. This has tokio 1.0 support, so this should be enough for me to start work.

I just finished a really busy time at work and am a bit tired, so I'll get started this coming or the next weekend.

I'm not sure I got off by a week...

In any case, I reviewed @frabarz 's PR over the weekend. I was too busy setting up new work computer to do much else.

This coming weekend I should be able to get started with refactoring using actix-web beta
