Adds ScyllaDB module, close cousin of Cassandra. It is currently also available in Pythons TestContainers.

There's some ScyllaDB focused driver (w/ shard-awareness) being developed on NodeJS environment as well. Feel free to check it later! https://github.com/Daniel-Boll/scylla-javascript-driver

It still in development, but we're already using it in a few projects :p
