Hey there!
Here is the place you can discuss the ergonomics and issues with current dependencies, and pitch ideas for new dependencies.
There is still a lot of work to do, and we may have a better roadmap in the upcoming weeks.
If you want to contribute a dependency, feel free to open a discussion or a PR. We aim to provide a homogenous kind of API's that should help with the global learning curve. A few general guidelines will be published soon in these "Discussions". We will be able to discuss them according to the needs of everyone.
We've followed more or less closely a small set of rules that were formalized as the first dependencies were implemented, but they may totally evolve if new situations present.
In order to keep things coherent, we plan to support dependencies that are not requiring third parties dependencies themselves by default, but if you have a specific use case, feel free to open a discussion.
Some dependencies like the
Notifications
one may require the distributed help of the community to port and strongly type existing notifications.The base version of Swift is 5.7, and the current lowest Apple OS generation is the one of iOS 13.
This is a community project, and everyone is welcome to participate!
