Notifications getting logged to Windows Action Center

After updating to 1.12.1, notifications are getting logged to Windows Action Center instead of disappearing after a few seconds. They used to disappear after a few seconds on earlier builds.

Is this expected behavior or a bug?

This actually happened because of the upgrade to electron v12 (some bug with that version)

2 options to fix it for you meanwhile (with the latest version):

• Either download the binaries i built from main branch if you want normal notifications (using electron 11) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Kfa4USQtoUjZTZLzgToDM6kMELdkRqgC?usp=sharing
  (should be no difference between it and the official release, and notifications act as before)

• Or use Interactive notifications (in plugin options)
