[FEATURE] Chat | Add group tab in chat component

Detailed description

In the component of Chat, we should add in the top a tab for team members chat (group) - only one for now

Only if the user has a team he will see it.

Context

In this way he could chat with the ctf team members while doing a ctf challenge

Possible implementation

as in the image for example, but the group of ctf team members will be always on top

hi @anjali-vaish , I have assigned the issue

in 10 hours, I will push the changes from my side. I will update you once it's done
so we won't have any conflicts

we have the chat option, for now when you search under chat, u will get users to send message

for this issue, we have to create a group chat UI structure, i you need data, u can create some dummy JSON data to map through you component
