Add support for running commands on terminal

Some thoughts:

1. Each command would have an alias. User says "Run " to trigger the command on new tab/window of the terminal. Setting these command can be done through either a web UI or cmd.
2. This is for devs who want to go a project directory immediately (similar to unix aliasing), or run cmake/make/ any build command.
3. Need to think more on how and whether we want to enable user to talk to any terminal process. i.e. Segregate new commands from messages to current commands.

Seems an okayish issue. But right now, we need to focus more on the DL/ML part of B.E.N.J.I.
