WindX65 "0xFEED is not a vendorid" error

When I use VIA for the WindX65 i usually just load the json file in, normally it works fine but somehow this time its not working, instead it would just appear to be an error with the 0xFEED for not being a valid vendorid
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I download the json file through Wind Studio discord
2. I go to VIA, turn on use V2 definitions and load the json file in
3. It should be a line saying: ERROR: '0xFEED' is not a valid vendorid
   VIA Version*

Remove "0x". It should be:
"vendorId": "FEED"

I managed to get the upload accepted by doing so but it cannot recognize the device.

I already fixed it by using VIA version of 1.3.1 but thank you.
