The AdHoc Button for triggering a Measurement immediately should be connected to PIN_PC2 on the ATTiny, since this Pin has the full support for all types of Interrupts to wake the MCU from sleep. It's also the default Pin for this purpose in the Firmware.

I am currently waiting for the PCB's with the latest adjustments. When they arrive and everything works, I'll be happy to implement it, thank you!
