Vivetool 0.2.1 fails with Windows 11 Build 25115.1000

See the error below when issuing ViveTool queryconfig all:

Thanks, I just downloaded the debug.zip and it worked with vivetool queryconfig all.

This issue should be addressed by the newly released v0.3.0.
