Overview docs are missing a chapter on config management

2. Missing a chapter about Configuration Management, ie. about Ansible, Puppet, and for upstream, Salt (there's a special guide about Salt CM in upstream)
   - in the old guide, we had supported client architectures for Puppet agent, however, the info about what architectures are supported for Ansible was entirely missing (it probably depends on Ansible, but we should include it for completeness)

@asteflova Perhaps using a Milestone instead of a Label would be more suitable organization for this effort?
