The interval that a particular set of possible answers for multiple choice questions should be stored in the database.

Reporter doesn't store snapshots of multiple choice options in the JSON export. The answered options for a given question can be found in the ZQUESTIONOPTION table in the sqlite export, but there's no snapshot/timestamp of when they were added there either.
