After updating to v2.0.4 I noticed that when I generate my HTML file without specifying the --refresh option, it is applying the refresh meta tag and the refresh_rate is set to 5.

Thanks - I haven't forgotten about this little project. I've been busy with work this week. I do hope to get to your suggestion for finally splitting up the html and documenting the use of LESS in the next week or so.
