Summary

Coming out of #38 , it was observed that it would be nice if we could incorporate this via markdown instead using rehype-external-links, though not sure how to "forward" markdown? Maybe markdown should be done through a plugin and when Greenwood has migrated to ESM?

Details

This at least needs Greenwood to upgrade to ESM - ProjectEvergreen/greenwood#532
