SOX-080-A11: Test robustness of the pipeline by reducing one month of data
SOX-080-A11 & SOX-011.1-A03: Test robustness of the pipeline by reducing one month of data
Sep 17, 2024
REFACTOR: exptimes recorded in the SQLite database are now rounded to 2 decimal places. There are occasions where exposure times in the FITS headers are given to 4 dp, and a set of (e.g. flat) frames have exposure times that differ by 0.0001 secs. The pipeline divided these frames into two sets when they should have been grouped together. This was causing failure on some mflat recipes.
2022-04-08, object J14490138, UVB nodding data set. The source is absent from most orders in the UVB, and therefore, the pipeline fails to fit a good trace.
2022-04-07, object J02320426, UVB nodding data set. The source is absent from most orders in the UVB, and therefore, the pipeline fails to fit a good trace.
2022-04-09, object WDJ13522320, VIS nodding data set. Only one nodding frame was found. OB may have been aborted?
2022-04-12, object SONYC_LUP310, OBID = 3327516. This is a very strange nodding dataset with multiple exposure times and multiple slit-widths. I'm not sure what to make of it!
We have the data downloaded and ready to reduce.
