Describe the issue

When the Api usage is deactivated to avoid further request are done for the account while using it on another client device, the services/actions for any entity of that account should be blocked as well, otherwise the Api call of the service may kick off the other clients Api token although Api usage was disabled for the account

Reproduction steps

  1. Deactivate Api usage for your account to use in it temporarily in the Anker App
  2. Run a Service against an entity of the deactivated Api account
  3. The service may kick off the other Client Api login
