Host Modules on GitHub Pages

This issue suggests hosting all versions of the SetupGo.cmake module on the GitHub page. This change is proposed to shorten the URL required to download the SetupGo.cmake module. To achieve this, we can follow the implementation utilized by the GitCheckout.cmake project by utilizing a deploy-pages job that searches for all versions of the module from the repository and then copies and deploys the modules to the GitHub Page.
