Duplicate login problem after removing the character

What is the problem?

If the GitHub logins of two users are exactly the same except for special characters, the data queried by the two users may be the same.

This problem will appear in the contributor profile dashboard.

This problem is caused by the program automatically removing special symbols when generating series names of metrics.

What is expected?

GitHub login should be able to uniquely identify a user.
