Feature Request

  • I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Describe the feature you'd like:

For a merged PR with cherry-pick labels, if the cherry-pick of a certain branch fails, ti-chi-bot adds @<user-who-merged-the-PR to the response message.

For example:
Current Message:
In response to a cherrypick label: <message body>

Proposed Message:
@xxx, in response to a cherrypick label: <message body>

Do you have any ideas on how to implement it?(Optional)

I think it should remind the PR author when create automatic by cherry-pick label. @qiancai is it right?
