Feature Request

  • I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Is your feature request related to a Issue or PR(Optional)

Describe the feature you'd like:

If the label configuration of tars is different from the configuration of excluding labels for tide, it will result in the tars plugin performing too many merge master operations on a PR that cannot be merged.

So we hope to find such problems through CI inspection in the PR that modifying the configuration.
