Steps to reproduce(Optional)

What is expected?

support private repository.

What is actually happening?

$ git config user.name ci-robot
$ git config user.email ci-robot@k8s.io
$ git fetch https://github.com/ti-community-infra/test-dev.git --tags --prune
fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': No such device or address
