Feature Request

  • I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Is your feature request related to a Issue or PR(Optional)

Describe the feature you'd like:

make rebase job reactor fast, current prow plugin deal pulls order by created time ASC.
the plugin is tars

Do you have any ideas on how to implement it?(Optional)

  • really need the tar plugin, I think there's no need to rebase when PR can auto merge.
  • when base branch pushed, should update pull request with new base ref instead of rebase head branch?
  • Ensure the CI jobs for triggered by PR updated or opened events should run on Merged codes(clone, and then merge it).
