Upvoting/liking for sites in the hub #59

If you're signed in you should be able to "like", "+1" or "upvote" a site. The total number of upvotes could then be used to sort sites in the hub.

One consideration: The content of a site could change wildly after you vote for it which could be a problem theoretically, (though perhaps in reality we can ignore it).
