* Site now uses 5 header lines instead of 4 * use pre-existing column names * add a delimiter '/' in the data path when retrieving ASOS data Note that when running this program there are 3 fewer rows in the weather dataframe than previously.

This makes weather.r compatible with the current file from mesonet at Iowa State. It also adds a timezone to the time_hour variable. There are three fewer rows in the new weather.csv.
