6ch FM YM2612 + SN76489 + extra PCM/DAC channel

Hi!

I would like to suggest/request an option to add support export VGM files that would allow for 6 FM channels of the YM2612 + the PSG + an extra generic DAC channel (not the Ricoh RF5C68!) and that wouldn't turn off the 6th channel of the YM2612, with the rationale being that the extra PCM channel could be handled by either the aforementioned RF5C68 of the SegaCD or the PWM on the Sega 32X.
