I think a shortcut it would be more discoverable if it was mentioned in the button tooltip.
Tooltip doesn't display a shortcut.
Even though I've used Tilt for quite some time, I wasn't aware that a shortcut to trigger update exists.

I don't think that's a great name for this button because it triggers the down/delete command first.
I'd think something like "Hard refresh"
To me, this button is a footgun for new users, I would prefer it just trigger the up/create/apply commands by default.
